We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Marketing Representative to join our team in Lake Oswego, OR. Presidio Field Marketing Representatives (FMR’s) are a team of customer focused individuals who manage customer interaction, customer events, partner relationships and location management. The FMR’s are highly aligned with the Presidio Sales Team, and focused on driving net new logos for Presidio and our Partners. Presidio FMR’s provide real-time customer satisfaction while growing opportunities for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Customer Communication:
- Executing daily outbound customer dials to:
- Drive Attendance to marketing events
- Set appointments with net new customers
- Building deeper relationships with existing customers
- Generating net new logos
Marketing Event Management:
- Planning, managing and executing all customer facing events in a specified region.
- Managing budgetary and ROI numbers for each marketing event
- Reporting vendor proof of performance for each marketing event
- Serving as the Presidio Ambassador for each marketing event
- Partner Ambassador:
- Working with Presidio vendors to plan marketing campaigns for a specified region, assisting vendors in meeting their MBO’s
- Identifying Subject Matter Experts from vendors to speak at customer events
- Building vendor relationships to create synergy between Presidio and vendor
- Establishing and attending Bi-Weekly account planning to drive consistent communication between partner Accounts Managers and Presidio Account Managers.
Office Management:
- Serving as the “Face of Presidio” in each office
- Maintaining an “Executive Ready” office
- Maintaining appropriate branding in each office
- Managing office supplies, mail and kitchen area of each office
Required Skills
Required Skills:
- 2 + years of experience in an Inside Sales, Sales, Sales Support and/or Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with technology solutions.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in the technology industry
- Bachelor’s Degree
