Diversity Drives Innovation
Diversity and Inclusion cannot be an “add-in”, it has to be “grow within”. Diversity and inclusion are instrumental in driving innovation and delivering strong business growth, and everyone needs to be on board for this to work.
Employee Engagement
As an employee, you want the company you work for to have the infrastructure to help you to help you navigate and make you successful. A company really excels when the quality and impact of that “Employee Engagement” is communicated and used by its employees. When Employees get better, the Company gets better. I have experienced it, leveraged it, and now I am building on it to take it to a new level. It is amazing to feel you are not alone, and the company you are working with is investing in you.
I believe we need to truly engage everyone in order to take Diversity and Inclusion to the next level, and be adopted as just the way we do business, and not as an initiative we are trying to adopt. The value is in our differences and we need everyone to be a champion, that includes the minorities, the majority and everyone in between.
