Staff Highlight
Molly Cullen (she/her/hers) brings over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of youth and young adult mentorship, program management, and leadership development. A product of the Pacific Northwest, her career spans work in Seattle and Portland (and one crazy year on a sheep farm in Lewis County). Currently, Molly works as an undergraduate academic program counselor in the Pamplin School of Business, where she advises First-Year and Sophomore students on their graduation pathways and academic success. Molly is also a leadership coach for the Franz Center for Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation at the University of Portland, as well as a doctoral student studying Organizational Leadership and Development. When she’s not working or studying, you might find her sharing stories over a glass of wine, watching a Portland Timbers game (#RCTID), or getting immersed in a great book.
One of Molly’s signature contributions to the Pamplin School of Business is the creation and coordination of the Women in Leadership Forum which hosts four events each year, connecting the UP community with dynamic women who are leaders in the greater Portland area. The Women in Leadership Forum is a place for students, faculty, and staff to share experiences, build connections, and support the development of women in leadership. The next forum will take place on Tuesday, February 25th with guest speaker Katie Hughes, a UP alumn and director of Girls Build in Portland.
