The Global Engagement team provides essential retention and progression solutions to Intel’s people globally and advances Intel’s culture of inclusion.
Yuri’s scope will include Retention, Intel communities and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and inclusion and global scaling strategy for GDIS solutions in Geos around the globe. Yuri has been with Intel for 15 years, most recently working in the Software and Advanced Technology Group. He has a PhD in Industrial Engineering, an MBA in Operations and Technology Management, and is passionate about helping and connecting people.
Based in Oregon, Yuri is the father of seven-year-old twin energizer bunnies and a 19-year-old strong willed princess.
Yuri explained: “In June, @dawnjones set the vision for the Global Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact (GDIS) to become a business growth catalyst and enable Intel to continue to be a leading corporate citizen. I am extremely excited to be part of this team and contribute to realize her vision. This is a global role, and I am hoping to use it as a platform across all our Intel sites to create a better engagement experience for all our employees, highlight our industry leading employee services and enable employees to maximize their potential, and feel the uniqueness of being part of the Intel Family.”
