Community Service Work Study (CSWS)

Are you looking for a job and eligible for Federal Work Study as a part of your financial aid package?  Earn your FWS while working off campus at a local nonprofit with Community Service Work Study! With a CSWS position, you will gain valuable skills to enhance your resume, and make important connections with Portland employers who can show you the ‘networking ropes’ to further your career opportunities, now and in the future.

Community Tax Preparation Intern at Metropolitan Family Service CASH Oregon

MFS CASH Oregon is an economic empowerment program of Metropolitan Family Services that provides free tax preparation services and community outreach to low-income, working families and individuals.  Under the supervision of the Tax and Financial Services Coordinator II, the Community Tax Preparation Intern will be responsible for preparing and delivering free volunteer tax preparation services to low income taxpayers using IRS provided tax software throughout the regular tax season.
