The Accounting Mentors Forum is a weekly study session set up by the Accounting Association. Any questions you have about accounting, whether it’s related to your homework or what opportunities are provided in the field, this is the place for you. If you’re worried about not being able to concentrate because of a lack of food, delicious and healthy snacks are provided in the form of sub-sandwiches and chicken curry salad.
The AMF’s aren’t the only benefit the Accounting Association provides. Just a couple weeks ago, the club hosted a presentation by two attorneys talking about taxation. The group also provides reminders on their Facebook page about upcoming events such as career showcases.
