- Activate Handshake account and complete Handshake profile. The Career Education Center utilizes Handshake as the centralized hub for internship and job opportunities as well as career events and programs. All students have access to Handshake through Single Sign-On.
- Schedule an appointment. The Career Education Center is open all year and offers virtual appointments for all career topics. For students who may not know where to begin, the 30 minute Virtual Career Chat is designed to get started. Seniors who are thinking about life after graduation are encouraged to schedule a Senior Game Plan meeting. In addition, the Career Education Center offers daily Drop-In Hours, which are first-come, first-served (no appointment necessary during Drop-In Hours).
- Explore online Resources. There are a variety of guides available 24/7 and lots of resources on the Handshake blog.
- Stay up to date by following us on Instagram. The Career Education Center highlights current internship and job opportunities, upcoming programs, and opportunities to engage on Instagram.
