For our rising third and fourth-year students who wish to remain in (or move to) our traditional residence halls for the 2024-25 academic year, there is a $1,500 discount on housing! This discount will be applied at $750 per semester.
Traditional residence halls include: Christie, Corrado, Fields & Schoenfeldt, Kenna, Lund Family, Mehling, and Villa Maria Halls. UP’s apartment-style residence halls, Haggerty & Tyson, are not part of the discounted rate.
By mid-semester, students have typically settled into a daily routine that works for them. Fall Break offered a great time to relax either with you at home, or here enjoying some activities on campus as they gear up for the 2nd half of their semester. Some of these conversation starters may be helpful in your next texts or calls with your student:
How are you doing with your monthly budget?
How are you balancing your class workload with your social life (and/or work or team practice time) commitments?
What are you enjoying most about being on campus?
What are you doing to take care of yourself?
For On-Campus students: How are you doing with your Meal Plan points?
What campus club events have you attended?
