Health Center- The Health Center (primary care side) of the HCC will close for the month of July. Please see the list below of options for students seeking healthcare during July. These options are also listed on our website. The phone will be answered Monday through Friday as usual and our medical office administrator will be available to assist in connecting students to care off campus.

Medical Care:
Phone appointments with a nurse and virtual visits with a medical provider are available for FREE to students through a partnership with Providence. These appointments are available every day of the year and can address many of our students’ urgent healthcare needs. Please see our website for detailed information about these resources.

Counseling:
The University of Portland has partnered with ProtoCall to offer students a 24/7 Pilot Helpline. To speak with the Pilot Helpline and get confidential support from anywhere at any time, call the Health and Counseling Center at 503.943.7134, and select Option 3 in our voicemail message. If you call during business hours and the front desk answers the phone, kindly inform us that you are needing to reach the Pilot Helpline.
COVID Testing:
Free COVID test kits will continue to be available through campus safety and the HCC. Students should report positive test results using the COVID reporting form to receive support from the COVID Case Management Team.
Lab Orders:
Lab orders for titers/TB testing will be available throughout the summer and can be used to schedule appointments at Quest Diagnostics. Students can call the HCC to request these orders.
