Amy Pupa

Amy has over a decade of tech industry experience, seven of which were spent at Google in various capacities within Recruiting (diversity, executive, technical) and Product Operations. She has spent the last four years of her career recruiting and working closely with AI/ML startups, most recently starting at SandboxAQ.
Amy has expertise in candidate sourcing, resume building, LinkedIn optimization, talent processes, DEI, onboarding and interviewer coaching. Today, she is an active member of the board, and mentors current OTM students and leads initiatives to connect alumni and provide opportunities for students and new graduates.
Amy holds a BS in Operations and Technology Management (2014) from University of Portland, where she also played on the Women’s Basketball Team for four years.
