Emily has over 20 years of IT experience and leadership primarily in the public sector. She currently serves as Senior IT Manager of Governance & Project Services at the Port of Portland where she has been responsible for creating, leading, and maturing key enterprise IT functions such as IT governance, business relationship management, IT portfolio and project management, and vendor management.
