Usefulness of Reference/Instruction Support – Staff

We asked staff to rate the usefulness of the library’s support services that we thought they might use:

    • Research Desk help from student assistants
    • Library Chat service
    • Subject/course guides on the UP library website
    • Online library tutorials and handouts
    • LibX Library Toolbar browser plugin

While some staff had used these services, many had not used the services or were not aware of them. We encourage staff to contact the library if they’re interested in learning more.

We asked Undergraduates and Off-Campus and On-Campus Graduate Students and Staff to rate the usefulness of various research support services; see their responses:
| Undergraduates | Off-Campus Graduates | On-Campus Graduates
