Welcome

Every 3 years, the University of Portland Clark Library surveys faculty, staff, and undergraduate and graduate students about our services, materials, and facilities. The responses are very important in our future planning, and we are grateful to the 800 people who responded to the 2016 survey:

573 undergraduate students
81 graduate students
128 faculty
18 staff

Thank you!

Data presented in tables will not total 100% because we omitted responses that took a neutral stand. Where noted, we recalculated satisfaction or usefulness ratings for a service based on responses from service users (excluding non-users). The full range of responses is included in bar charts.

The library offered a similar survey in Spring 2011. Some of the items on the 2016 survey differ from the 2011 edition, but many are the same and so we provide links to the 2011 survey on certain pages.
