Christie Hall director Joe Burke will Emcee the Third Annual Kate Regan Film Festival this spring, bringing his high energy and enthusiasm to a starring role at the 2016 event. An avid film buff, the Missouri native loves Indie flicks and low key festivals that highlight films a little off the beaten path. His theater background includes performing in productions of Anything Goes and 110 Degrees in the Shade at the all boys high school he attended in St. Louis.
