The University of Portland Orchestra will present Rimsky-Korsakov’s “Scheherazade” on Saturday, February 22, at 7:30 p.m., in Buckley Center Auditorium. The concert is free and open to all. “Scheherazade,” Rimsky-Korsakov’s epic musical tale based on the story of The Arabian Knights, is one of the most popular works ever composed for orchestra.
