This year, the festival is being organized by the students working over in On The Bluff Studios. OTBS is a student run multimedia design studio that has a focus on academic content. As students and passionate film makers we thought it is vital that there be a film festival at the University of Portland. The students that work in On The Bluff Studios are aiming for this film festival to be welcoming and open to all students of all skill levels are welcome to enter in the festival as long as their films show creativity and passion for film.
