The University of Portland has been included in the Princeton Review’s Guide to 332 Green Colleges: 2014 Edition, a free, downloadable publication released on Thursday, April 17, in celebration of Earth Day on Tuesday, April 22. UP was chosen along with Lewis & Clark College, Linfield College, Oregon State University, Portland State University, Southern Oregon University, and the University of Oregon.
The guide, published for the past five years in partnership with the U.S. Green Building Council’s Center for Green Schools, is the only free, comprehensive resource for college applicants that focuses solely on colleges that have demonstrated a strong commitment to the environment and to sustainability.
