Each month, Marketing & Communications will have a photographer available to take head shots of faculty and staff members, available on a first-come, first served basis. These photos will be taken in Clark Library’s Digital Lab. Participants will need to be available at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 25. A professional photographer will be on campus to take headshot photos for faculty and employees on Monday, August 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., in Shiley Hall Vollum Study Room on the second floor. Please note: Newly hired faculty have been contacted with information for their photo times. Photo sessions should take no more than five minutes. To make an appointment, e-mail email@example.com with a range of time that you are available. We especially encourage anyone without a professional headshot to attend, as public safety photos will be no longer be available for directory use on the new UP website.
