Lunch and Learn

Lunch and Learn series to begin Wednesday, August 26

August 14, 2015

please_noteThe first Lunch and Learn series event of the year will be held Wednesday, Aug. 26 from 12-1 p.m. in the Library Conference Room. The first topic will be conflict resolution, which will be presented by Rhianna Delaney, a licensed marriage and family therapist and EAP consultant. The training will identify useful conflict resolution skills and emphasize the components required to resolve the conflict and identify mutually acceptable goals. Active listening and the ability to articulate one’s position are two important skills required for successful resolution. Creativity in exploring possible solutions is invaluable when resolving conflict.
