Employees will need to either confirm their current coverage or make changes using our UP online Open Enrollment Tool by Tuesday, December 2, at 3 p.m. The effective date of the elections and new rates will be January 1, 2015.
The Flexible Spending Account is an annual election. Employees who had this benefit in 2014 and wish to continue will need to re-enroll online through the University’s provider website for Flex-Plan at http://tinyurl.com/n654hrk, as paper forms are no longer accepted. The company code is “UOP”, instructions for online FSA enrollment can be found at http://tinyurl.com/plc6d2b.

The open enrollment period for UP employees started on Monday, November 3, and will conclude on Tuesday, December 2. This will be your opportunity to make changes to your plan choices, review the dependents you have covered, and sign up for a medical or dependent care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for 2015. Please login to the Open Enrollment Tool to either change or confirm your coverage.
Specific enrollment materials were sent to employees electronically on Monday, November 3. Please note that FSA requires re-enrollment every year. To enroll in FSA for 2015 please go to www.flex-plan.com. Online enrollment instructions for FSA can be found here.

The annual Wellness Fair sponsored by human resources will take place on Thursday, October 30, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Terrace Room.
