New Window Hours for Personal Mail

June 3, 2016

mail bag dtime copyFaculty and staff can bring personal mail and packages to the printing and mailing services office during the hours of 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday-Friday for processing. Other hours of the day are reserved for students and official departmental mailings.

Please remember that packages need to be fully sealed and addressed. Due to postal regulations, personal International mail must be submitted and paid for through Click and Ship (USPS.com) before mailing services can deliver completed packages for processing to the local post office.

A reminder about receipt of personal packages: Due to the quantity of packages that are received for on-campus students and University business, personal packages are not to be sent to the University of Portland address.
