Recreational services fitness classes will start the first day of the spring semester, with several offered each weekday over the course of the semester. Classes are open to all faculty, staff, and students and are free of charge. The schedule is available at http://tinyurl.com/l7k9lzk. Classes will include tap dance, Zumba, yoga, spin, total body cardio, kickboxing, and more. Take a break from work and you’ll get fit and feel revitalized!
