To best serve the entire University community, mailing services is open specific hours for faculty and staff to send personal mail throughout the holiday season. Personal mail window hours will be Monday through Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Packages must be in boxes, taped, addressed, and ready to mail. Envelopes need to be sealed and addressed. Mailing services does not have packaging materials or supplies, as storage space is limited.
Faculty and staff members may drop off mail and send via UPS or the US Postal Service during window hours, as well as purchase stamps. Mailing services will accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, or cash.
Please remember that personal packages and cannot be shipped to the University of Portland or mailing services. They do not have the staff or the space to process personal packages as well as official University mail and deliveries.
