University of Portland students and faculty work together through the Public Research Fellows program to share creative and scholarly work beyond the boundaries of our campus. The working group “Table Talk” drew from the disciplines of Environmental Science and English to explore stories of resilient individuals and organizations rising to meet environmental, economic, and social challenges as they fed our Portland community.
