PAW’s mission is to provide vet care to the pets of the homeless. When the economy crashed, they also extended their services to low income families to help out in the crisis.
They run monthly “wellness clinics” that supply veterinary care, spay and neutering services, surgery referrals, supplies, and medicine for the pets of people going through the toughest times in their lives.
In addition to serving the homeless, they also help at-risk individuals and families living in acute poverty.
They need volunteers to help with pre-clinic set up, on clinic days, with post-clinic wrap up, data entry, events, communication, outreach and fundraising.
Are you interested in volunteering at one of their monthly wellness clinics, where you’ll be assisting in providing care for the pets of those experiencing homelessness?
