We are extremely proud to announce that our Pamplin Professional Preparation Program (P4) Director, Professor Gwynn Kolbes has been published for her work and outstanding achievement in this area. The Journal of the Academy of Business Education is a multi-disciplinary journal that is dedicated to enhancing business education through educational research, curriculum development and creative training. The paper, entitled, Maximizing the Educational Investment with a required Personal and Professional Development Program for Business Majors, outlines how the P4 is integrated into the curriculum with a core philosophy that by learning about oneself and the world with the use of your hands, heart and mind, that you will discover your true vocation, and be better prepared to enter the world as an ethical and creative business leader.
