On August 20, 2013, the Pamplin School of Business held the 7th Annual Fall Networking Event at BridgePort Brewery. With just over 100 alumni, faculty, staff and members of the community in attendance this was our largest turn-out to date!
The energy amongst alums, new students, current students and faculty was really positive and exciting. It was a great way for people to network and share their Portland Pride. Faculty in attendance included Bahram Adrangi, Ian Parkman, Sam Holloway, and Chuck Pickett. Dr. Holloway gave a short presentation on strategies of craft breweries in a crowded market, a teaser to the exciting opportunities the University of Portland has to offer.
The evening ended on a high note with many students making new connections, trading job search secrets and raving about the unique and personal resources the Pamplin School of Business offers to alumni and current students alike.
