As part of the mailbox migration process you may need to re-add your user profile in outlook or re-add your email account on your mobile phone. In addition you may need to add a shared mailbox to your outlook account. Please reference these help sheets as needed for these steps:

- Add a second or shared mailbox in Office 365 Webmail
- Add a second or shared mailbox on your smart phone or tablet
- Re-add your Outlook 2016 user profile (Windows | Mac)
- Configure Office 365 Webmail to use the light weight version.
