With the implementation of Office365, email and calendaring services for alumni who have gmail accounts will transition from Google to Office 365. In addition, alumni data from Google Drive will be transferred to Office 365 OneDrive.
When will Gmail and Google Docs be Migrated?
Starting January 6th, your UP alumni email will be routed to your new Office365 inbox and email messages will no longer be received or sent from your Gmail account. All of your gmail contacts, calendar appointments, and email folders will be migrated to your Office365 account. The migration of all Google Drive data will also complete by January 6th. You will see a ‘Migration’ document folder in Office365 OneDrive once your data has been transferred.
