Basic Hand-Tools

Goal:  Provide students with an understanding of basic hand tools safety, usage and best practices.  This Module will involve a presentation about many common hand tools, how to use them, what they are used for and will include a hands on portion that will expose students to tools.  First, follow the presentation and any supplementary readings, and then watch the videos provided and complete the hands on activity.

HANDS ON AND DELIVERABLE

  • SAFETY SHEET (required reading)
  • Module one Quiz (required)
  • Module 1 hands on activity (required)
    • Make sure to complete the entire activity
    • Sign the sheet and turn in with anything created in class
