Midterm Project

Box Assembly

 

Goal:  Your midterm project will build on your skills developed in the first four modules, and will help you explore proper measuring, designing for manufacturing, using basic power tools, finishing operations and assembly.  This task is meant to be enjoyable, eye opening and creative, and you get to keep the box you make!  You will be given basic instructions, a list of available tools and supplies, and what you are expected to deliver for grading.  This section should take you and (potentially a team project?) a total of four hours to complete.  This includes the introduction, design, and construction.
