This week’s tip is a simple time-saver: Did you know you can re-use existing slides in any PowerPoint deck? Imagine a scenario where you are teaching a new course, or even simply re-structuring an existing lesson. As you create learning materials you may want to leverage content you have already spent time creating. Of course you can always copy and paste, but that often is more time consuming than it outh to be, especially if you run into annoying formatting issues. With the Reuse Slides feature in PowerPoint, you can grab individual slides and put any number of them at any point in your new materials. Keep the exisiting formatting or have them automatically change to match the slides in your new presentation, it’s your choice.
