The National Study of Learning, Voting, And Engagement (NSLVE) recently released the 2014 & 2018 Campus Report on Student Voting Rates. The report compares eligible student voters, registered student voters, and voting rate during the 2014 and 2018 mid-term elections. Both the registration and voting rate increased for University of Portland students in 2018 when compared to the 2014 mid-term elections. See the chart below for how UP voting rates compare to the national average for all institutions.
