The 8th annual Rising Star Creative Writing Competition is now accepting submissions until March 10th!
The competition is open to all writers from Oregon, Washington, and Idaho and includes three age categories: 15-18, 19-25, and 25 and over. The three genres include Fiction, Literary Nonfiction, and Poetry.
