What is the Creators Conference?

The Creators Conference is a “For Creators, By Creators” event on the University of Portland campus to highlight digital multimedia and celebrate students who are active in the creative community. The event will feature student-Creator keynotes and networking opportunities for like-minded Creators to meet. This year, the 2018 Creators Conference will focus on Video Production, featuring live demos from On the Bluff Studios.

Who should come?

Everyone on campus!

The Creators Conference is designed to entertain both the casual and experienced Creator. Whether you just like taking photos with your friends or plan on pursuing digital multimedia as a career, there’s an opportunity for you.

What’s the goal?

The Creators Conference has three main goals:

  1. To celebrate the success and proliferation of created media, specifically video production.
  2. To create an effective networking and relationship building opportunity for students interested in the media fields.
  3. To provide resources, workshops, and keynote speakers for the further inspiration and development of media production skills.
