4. Are you interested in Neuroscience?
The Department of Psychology is offering BIO majors seats in three new courses this fall. Only five seats are available for BIO students on a first come fist serve basis. We will NOT have a wait list for these classes. Prerequisites are BIO 207 and PSY 101.
The courses are as follow:

(Days and times are available by looking at the Department of Psychology schedule)
5. OT/PT course is full!
We got a great response from those of you interested in this class, so at this point the class is closed. If you are still interested in the course and are able to work with the Career Center to identify and secure an internship location, we can admit up to 5 more students into the class.
6. Changes to our Schedule:
We’ve had to make changes to our schedule to accommodate a new tenure track faculty member we hired recently. Dr. Sysan Murray is an immunologist from OHSU who will be joining our Department this fall. She will be teaching BIO 207A/277A1, 277A2 this fall and Immunology and Immunology Labs this spring. Our current class schedule will be updated tomorrow to reflect this change. Immunology lecture (BIO 460) has been cancelled for this fall, but (as mentioned above) it will return spring 2015.
Dr. Jeff Brown will offer BIO 354 Cell/Molecular BIO and BIO 372 A and B (Cell/Mol Lab) this fall. The NEW times for the lab will be BIO 372A 8:10-11:10 am and 12:55-3:55pm on Tuesdays. Our current class schedule will be updated tomorrow to reflect this change.
