Will someone from the library respond to me?
The library staff will avoid commenting on the discussion until the 14 day period has closed. After all, what we really want is to hear from the UP community. However, we will be reading what you’re writing, and when the 14 day period is over we will be sure to publicly respond to the comments and suggestions.

Is this where I ask for research help?
This is actually a brainstorming space. If you need research help, visit our Get Help page.

How do I write/submit a post?
Choose [Write a Post] in the toolbar, complete the form, then select [Submit].

I submitted a post and/or a comment and I don’t see how I can edit it? What should I do?
To keep the site as accessible as possible, you will not be able to edit posts or comments. You are welcome to write a new post or comment as needed. If you have a concern about something you’ve submitted please contact library@up.edu or 503-943-7111.

Will my full name be kept private?
Your first name will display on posts and comments, but your username will be visible in the link for each item. To provide feedback without your name attached, look for the flip chart in the library lobby.

Who can read my posts?
Only currently affiliated students, faculty, and staff will be able to access the 14 Days site.
